AUSTIN, TX – November 29, 2018 – Cantata Health, a leading provider of advanced revenue cycle management (RCM) and electronic health records (EHR) technology for acute care, post-acute care, and long-term care facilities, announced today Elvira Hynds, RHIT has been promoted to Vice President of Customer Support and Service. Hynds will lead Cantata Health’s highly regarded customer support team focusing on initiatives to continuously improve the customer experience by refining and expanding customer onboarding, implementing health checks and training, and providing lifecycle processes that ensure customer success.

Hynds was most recently director of services for the company since its divestiture from NTT Data. At NTT Data, Hynds held various support and services positions overseeing application support, implementations, consulting and training. She has also lead quality assurance and other initiatives designed to drive customer success. Hynds is also a Registered Health Information Technician and has BS/IS in Business Information Systems from Phoenix University.
