One of the most unique and appealing features of our EHR is its fully customizable and real-time dashboard views. Each staff member can immediately select the information they want upon logging in. Organizations can generate reports in real time from existing EHR data. The system comes preloaded with a library of standard, real-time data-ready reports. The reports can be filtered, sorted, and grouped by user-preferred fields such as user, time period, contact type, assessment or form type, flags, select custom variables, episode, service type, etc. These reports can be modified and used as templates to write new reports, and custom templates can be saved for future use.

Billing and Accounts Receivable
Cantata provides flexible features for creating accounts receivable from direct documentation, census, service bundling, manual input, automated batch creation, and API interfaces to bring charges in from outside sources. The Client Ledger tab in the patient record gives users a rundown of every service the patient received. In the event of denials or reversal adjustments, our claims/denial management tools create dramatic efficiencies in identifying and working denied or reversed claims and identifying trends in denied and reversed claims to understand their source and frequency.
