Quality Analyst
The essential duties and responsibilities of the Quality Analyst includes, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the testing and quality assurance of the Cantata Health Solutions’ products.
- Responsible for insuring product functional validation against specifications and that product testing is correct and completed on time.
- Responsible for application testing, writing test plans, as well as integration testing.
- Provide assistance as requested to Sales/Marketing, Professional Services, Application Customer Support, Product Development and Technical Services.
- Interface with Product Managers to increase knowledge of new functions, products, and design requirements.
- May be called upon to provide product and procedural training for internal Cantata Health Solutions employees and/or customers.
- Adhere to all Cantata security, privacy, and compliance policies, procedures, and controls in the handling of, and access to, all protected data within client environments or within the cloud/hosted environments.
Software Developer
The Software Developer performs wide range of application development through analysis, design, evaluation, development, coding, testing, and maintenance of complex clinical application systems. The Software Developer participates in the implementation, maintenance, design, front and back end application development, roll out, migration, integration, upgrades, testing, performance tuning, research and development of all assigned software applications and documents procedures for installation and maintenance. The Lead Software Developer may serve as the subject matter expert for some high-level application development.
Implementation Specialist
The RCM Implementation Specialist is responsible for providing external business customers with technical support with the implementation of their billing application software and associated software solutions. The RCM Implementation Specialist is also responsible for providing software configuration against defined user billing and reimbursement requirements and specifications. The RCM Implementation Specialist works in partnership with the development team to ensure all billing application software and software solutions are implemented to meet business customer and project expectations.
Clinical Implementation Specialist
The Clinical Implementation Specialist is responsible for providing external business clients with technical support with the implementation of their application software, software solutions, and hardware. The Clinical Implementation Specialist is also responsible for providing software configuration against defined user requirements and specifications. The Implementation Specialist works in partnership with the development team to ensure all application software and software solutions are implemented to meet business client and project expectations.
MySQL Database Administrator
We are seeking a dedicated MySQL DBA to join our company to help drive our company growth by building, enhancing, and optimizing applications that are transforming health care.
