Cantata Health Announces New Leadership

Cantata Health, a leading provider of Healthcare technology solutions, announced today that the company has added several new leaders with extensive experience in delivering effective solutions to meet the ever-evolving needs of healthcare providers. Alan Tillinghast has been named as Chief Executive Officer and Jason Long has been named Vice President and General Manager of the Company’s NetSolutions division.
Mr. Tillinghast has more than twenty years of senior management experience at both healthcare technology companies and healthcare providers. Most recently, Alan was the Chief Strategy and Information Officer for Samaritan Daytop Village, one of New York’s largest and most progressive health and human services providers. Prior to that, Alan held a variety of different senior executive positions at Netsmart Technologies.
“We are excited to have Alan join our team,” stated Michael Frost, Cantata Health’s Chairman of the Board. “Alan has the needed experience to lead the integration of newly acquired Meta Solutions products and services into the Cantata Health organization and will provide leadership to help the company’s products to continue to expand to better serve the needs of our customers.”
Meta IT Solutions as mentioned above has been supporting both large and small healthcare enterprises through software since 1991. Meta’s EHR products have been deployed within hospitals, correctional facilities, rehab centers, veterans’ homes, and more. NetSolutions, Cantata Health’s long-term care electronic health record solution, is going to be headed up by Jason Long as the team’s new General Manager. Jason brings twenty years of experience in product development and business building in healthcare technology. Jason’s prior experience will offer new insights into how our solutions can help clients not only with their electronic health records but also across their entire operations.
