Palmer selects Cantata Health Solutions’ Arize platform as its new electronic health record (EHR) system to meet unique requirements of Oklahoma
LAKEWAY, Texas, October 10, 2024 – Cantata Health Solutions, a leading provider of healthcare technology solutions for behavioral health and human services providers, announces that Palmer Addiction Recovery Services of Tulsa, Oklahoma has selected its Arize platform to replace its outdated system to better serve the women and children in its residential programs, as well as the broader Tulsa community through its outpatient services. Palmer Addiction Recovery Services provides substance abuse treatment for women, pregnant women, and women with children. It is one of the few programs in the nation that accommodates children while their mothers participate in residential treatment. Palmer also offers adolescent and adult counseling, school-based prevention, and intervention programs for at-risk youth.
Palmer faced significant challenges with its outdated EHR system, which was difficult to use, poorly suited for its residential program, and hindered data tracking and reporting.
