Our organization is multi-faceted, with four distinct program areas under one umbrella organization, all of which are designed to help families and individuals in our communities remove barriers to their success. From community mental health to services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to early intervention and parent coaching programs, we exist to serve those in community from birth onward to ensure everyone can find success in our communities!
How multi-faceted it is and how that is what makes us strong! Because there are so many potential entry points into receiving our services, so many people can access us for a variety of reasons. But then, once receiving one service, our team is able to make warm handoffs to other colleagues and departments to fully wraparound services tailored to each family or individual.
