Dr. Giardino is a dynamic human capital operations executive with proven success of achieving workforce excellence within federal, state, and private sector organizations. He specializes in leadership, talent management, learning and development, compensation, employee relations, and legal compliance. He is responsible for providing HR leadership, strategy and performance and strengths-based culture development. He also represents the company in HR thought leadership and is frequently featured in Forbes as an official member of the Forbes HR Council.

Prior to this role, he served as the Director of Workforce Development for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (Health and Human Services), where he successfully led the organization’s Talent Acquisition Group (TAG), Center for Learning and Organizational Excellence (CLOE), and Employee Relations Unit (ERU) in talent acquisition, employee on-boarding, on-the-job training, professional development, employee relations and retention initiatives for over 13,000+ employees statewide. Prior to this, Dr. Giardino served at the United States Army Human Resources Command (USAHRC).

Dr. Giardino is a Senior Certified Professional in HR who possesses several other certifications in Business Process Management, Instruction/Curriculum Development, Six Sigma, Project Management, and Workforce Planning and Analytics. He holds multiple degrees, including a BSc, MBA, and a Doctorate in Business Administration.

He is an official member of the Forbes HR Council, Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), the International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR), and the Cheeky Scientist Association.
