Interim CEO Jonathan Isaacs to Become Strategic Advisor for the Company and GPB Capital

AUSTIN, Texas – October 30, 2018  – Cantata Health, a leading provider of advanced revenue cycle management (RCM) and electronic health records (EHR) technology for acute care, post-acute care, and long-term care facilities, announced today that Krista Endsley is being named Chief Executive Officer. Endsley previously served the company as President after joining the team in March 2018. Jonathan Isaacs, who has served as Interim CEO since February, will continue to serve as a strategic advisor to the company.

Since joining the Cantata Health executive team, Endsley has provided strategic, operational and financial insights and direction to drive company growth and create a solid operating foundation. Endsley and Isaacs worked closely to stabilize operations and began executing on a strategic growth vision after GPB Capital, a private equity firm, purchased the company from NTT Data in March 2017.

“With Krista assuming the CEO role, we have a determined, passionate leader to take Cantata Health’s strategy, innovation, and focus on customer success to the next level,” Isaacs said.

“I’m honored to be at the helm of a company at a time when we have the foundation in place to drive growth, innovation, and service excellence,” said Endsley. “While the company name is new, our decades of industry knowledge and success, combined with our new talent, investments in technology, and focus on helping our customers fulfill their missions puts Cantata Health in a unique position to help improve patient care and outcomes. Endsley has built a reputation as an effective leader. Before joining Cantata Health, Endsley served as CEO of Abila which was carved out from Sage Nonprofit Solutions in 2013. She successfully grew the company, resulting in an acquisition by Community Brands in 2017. Prior to Abila, she was vice president and general manager for Sage’s nonprofit division.
